This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama.
• Identify and cultivate new leads while pursuing sales opportunities in homebuilding, hospitality, student housing, and active adult community sectors.
• Establish and nurture robust relationships with builders, developers, architects, and other key decision-makers.
• Showcase design concepts, portfolios, and service offerings to potential clients.
• Collaborate with design and operations teams to create customized proposals and presentations.
• Oversee the entire sales process from initial outreach to contract completion.
• Monitor opportunities, forecasts, and pipeline activities utilizing CRM tools.
• Participate in industry events, networking gatherings, and trade shows to enhance market visibility.
• Keep abreast of market trends, competitor movements, and new opportunities.
• Achieve or surpass individual and company revenue targets.
• 8–10 years of demonstrated sales experience in interior design, architecture, construction, real estate development, or similar fields.
• Comprehensive understanding of the homebuilding and/or commercial development processes.
• Outstanding communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
• Capability to sell creative services while managing budgets, timelines, and client expectations.
• Self-driven, results-oriented, and adept at working independently.
