This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Take ownership of the complete sales cycle, consistently achieving and surpassing quota and pipeline goals.
• Design and implement a regional strategy to pinpoint high-growth opportunities and unexplored markets.
• Build strong, mutually beneficial relationships with AWS Sales Leaders and Partner Managers to collaborate on sales efforts and enhance market presence.
• Collaborate with our Forward Deployed Engineers and Solutions Architects to navigate complex technical challenges for potential clients.
• Uphold a strong standard for forecast accuracy within Salesforce, ensuring all proposals align with DoiT’s prestigious brand image.
• Lead customers from initial interest to successful contract signing, providing a top-notch onboarding experience.
• Work closely with Marketing and BDR teams to drive demand generation, from campaign development to post-launch evaluation.
• Travel purposefully (30-50%) to engage with AWS teams, participate in industry events, and meet customers in person.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 3-5 years of comprehensive sales cycle experience (preferably in a new business-focused role) within the technology sector involving SaaS, PaaS, or IaaS solutions.
• A demonstrated history of selling cloud services and a deep understanding of consumption-based models.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets consistently.
• High level of self-discipline and familiarity with CRM systems and sales forecasting.
• Technically inclined, with a thorough understanding of the technology and cloud computing landscape, coupled with a passion for AWS products.
• Entrepreneurial mindset—independent, inquisitive, and persistent. You actively generate leads rather than waiting for them.
• Capacity to forge influential relationships within a matrixed environment and expand social networks into partnerships.
• Self-organized, goal-oriented, and self-motivated individual who is confident, meticulous, and persistent.
• Analytical, data-driven, detail-oriented, and capable of shifting focus between the overarching vision and the finer details.
• Ability to operate flexibly and independently in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment.
• Excellent English communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal, as well as proficiency in at least one CEE language, such as Czech, Russian, Ukrainian, Polish, or Greek.
