📋 Description

• - **Sales Calls and Demos:** Perform impactful sales calls and product demonstrations to highlight the features, advantages, and value propositions of the product or service. Utilize persuasive communication skills to address inquiries and objections from prospects, emphasizing how the offering aligns with their needs.

• - **Relationship Building:** Develop and sustain robust relationships with prospects by comprehending their businesses, challenges, and objectives. Position yourself and the company as a trusted advisor through effective communication and rapport establishment.

• - **Qualify Leads:** Evaluate and qualify leads to identify their potential as viable business opportunities. Gain an understanding of the prospect's requirements, challenges, and budget to determine compatibility with the company's products or services.

• - **Sales Pipeline Management:** Monitor and manage sales opportunities utilizing CRM software. Maintain accurate and current records of all interactions, activities, and progress with prospects. Prioritize leads and manage your time effectively to achieve sales targets.

• - **Sales Negotiation and Closing:** Utilize strong negotiation skills to foster win-win situations and finalize deals. Grasp prospect budgets, timelines, and decision-making processes to effectively navigate the sales cycle and secure contracts.

• - **Collaboration:** Work closely with the success team, marketing team, and other relevant stakeholders to ensure a seamless transition of qualified leads and uphold a cohesive sales strategy.

• - **Market Research:** Remain informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions. Provide insights and feedback to the marketing and product teams to enhance the sales approach and optimize the product offering.


⛳️ Requirements

• - A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Business Development Representative or in a similar sales role, preferably within a B2B (business-to-business) setting.

• - Strong sales and negotiation capabilities, with a proven history of meeting or surpassing sales targets.

• - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and cultivate relationships with diverse stakeholders while effectively conveying complex concepts in a straightforward and concise manner.

• - Self-motivated and goal-oriented, capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

• - Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools to manage leads and sales activities effectively.

• - Ability to swiftly grasp customer needs and adapt the sales approach accordingly.

• - Strong organizational and time management skills, with the capability to prioritize tasks efficiently.

• - Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.

• **Minimum Technical and Work Environment Requirements:**

• - **Internet Connection:**

• - Primary internet connection with a minimum speed of **15 Mbps**.

• - Backup internet connection with at least **10 Mbps**.

• - Backup connection must be capable of supporting work during a power outage.

• - **Primary Device:**

• - Desktop or laptop equipped with at least:

• - **Intel Core i5 (8th generation or newer)**, **Intel Core i3 (10th generation or newer)**, **AMD Ryzen 5**, or an equivalent processor.

• - A minimum of **8 GB RAM**.

• - **Backup Device:**

• - Must meet or exceed the performance of an **Intel Core i3** processor.

• - Must be functional during power interruptions.

• - A functioning **webcam**.

• - A **noise-canceling USB headset**.

• - A **quiet, dedicated home office space**.
