This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Oversee and engage a vast portfolio of SMB clients using a scalable, programmatic approach.
• Foster product adoption and early-stage engagement through playbooks, campaigns, and trigger-based communication.
• Spot growth opportunities and indicators for expansion, including cross-selling and increased product utilization.
• Collaborate closely with Customer Success Managers by identifying and qualifying high-potential accounts for transition into high-touch portfolios.
• Implement data-driven engagement strategies informed by customer behavior, lifecycle stage, and usage insights.
• Ensure accurate and updated customer data and engagement tracking in CRM systems.
• Work in partnership with Marketing, Operations, and Product teams to enhance messaging, campaigns, and engagement strategies.
• Address inbound customer inquiries and respond to key signals with timely and relevant outreach.
• Contribute to the ongoing improvement of playbooks, workflows, and scalable engagement strategies.
• 2–4 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Business Development, or a related customer-facing position.
• Proven experience managing extensive customer portfolios in a scalable or technology-enabled model.
• Strong comprehension of customer lifecycle, adoption, and retention factors.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the capability to deliver clear and persuasive messaging at scale.
• Highly analytical, with the ability to interpret customer signals and convert them into actionable strategies.
• Proficient in using CRM systems (Salesforce), automation tools, and trigger-based workflows.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize effectively across multiple accounts concurrently.
