This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +1 more state.
• Take ownership of and expand a designated portfolio of Neocol accounts to meet annual revenue and margin objectives.
• Discover organic growth opportunities within the subscription economy.
• Cultivate enduring relationships with key stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor.
• Lead the creation of proposals and statements of work; collaborate with Sales on pre-sales initiatives, scope assessments, capability presentations, and pitch deck development.
• Act as a senior billable resource on strategic Revenue Cloud projects.
• Maintain a billable quota while ensuring high delivery quality and client satisfaction.
• Manage account planning, forecasting, and client KPIs, including CSAT.
• Assess delivery risk, margin, and capacity across the portfolio.
• Work cross-functionally to synchronize staffing and delivery results.
• Gather engagement feedback and best practices to improve and scale playbooks and service offerings.
• Represent Neocol at thought leadership events, both digital and in-person, as well as during customer success activities.
• Exemplify Neocol’s culture and values as a member of the leadership team.
• Over 10 years of experience in client services, consulting, or professional services, with direct account ownership and delivery responsibilities.
• Demonstrated success in growing client accounts and managing portfolio revenue and margin using a consultative approach.
• Background in leading enterprise Salesforce engagements, encompassing consultative scoping and SOW formulation.
• Strong expertise in project governance, Agile, hybrid, and waterfall delivery methodologies, risk management, and change control.
• Proven capacity to communicate effectively and credibly with C-suite stakeholders.
• Proficient in Salesforce, JIRA, Smartsheet, Slack, and Google Workspace/tools.
• Prior experience in managing or mentoring staff within a project or professional services context.
• Understanding of post-PE operational environments, margin accountability, and metrics for delivery efficiency.
• In-depth knowledge of the subscription economy, recurring revenue models, and RevOps.
• Experience with Salesforce Revenue Cloud, including Revenue Cloud Advanced (RCA) and CPQ.
• Comfortable working in a global, remote-first environment.
