This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Act as an independent and proactive account partner for clients.

• Offer consistent strategic guidance to assist pharmaceutical marketers in navigating the swiftly evolving healthcare environment.

• Foster brand development and growth.

• Build and sustain relationships with senior client contacts.

• Cultivate positive and effective partnerships between clients and the agency.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in pharma agency account management, with at least 5 years specifically in pharmaceutical advertising is **REQUIRED**.

• A BA/BS degree is required.

• A comprehensive understanding of the pharma/healthcare advertising sector, including new product introductions is essential.

• DAOR experience is highly desirable.

• Proven experience in leading digital marketing campaigns.

• Strong background in digital omni-channel strategies.

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple clients within an organization alongside agency partners effectively.

• Marketing expertise and proven experience in directing an integrated agency team for brand planning, budget formulation, execution, and assessment.

• A track record of developing valued relationships with senior-level clients and across all client tiers.

• Proven success as a strategic partner to clients.

• Strong presentation, verbal, written, and communication skills.

• Must show hands-on proficiency in creating and delivering PowerPoint presentations.
