This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Engage and motivate potential customers while expanding the current client base in the designated region.
• Take ownership of a territory and formulate a strategic territory plan aimed at driving enterprise pipeline growth.
• Manage and enhance sales efforts with both existing customer accounts and new prospects.
• Propel profitable revenue growth and meet targets through effective sales strategies.
• Advocate for Gurobi's solver to new buying points within current customers and cultivate interest from incoming leads.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
• Create and sustain a customer pipeline by identifying and engaging decision-makers.
• Participate in trade shows and company training events.
• Collaborate cross-functionally across the global organization.
• Ensure Salesforce/CRM records are accurate and current.
• Provide management with forecasts and reports regarding sales progress and opportunities.
• Monitor industry best practices, competitive threats, and developments in the optimization space.
• Document and track progress within the CRM system.
• 7–10 years of experience in B2B Software Sales or Account Management, with a proven record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• Bachelor’s degree in a business or communication-related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Technical and engineering education is advantageous.
• Proficient in written and spoken English; additional language skills are beneficial.
• Advanced-level technical B2B SaaS sales experience.
• Familiarity with macOS, Microsoft 365, and Power BI.
• Comfortable learning and utilizing Salesforce.
• Able to work effectively in an international environment and with a US-based company.
• Possession of a valid passport and ability to acquire necessary international travel documents, where applicable.
• Capability to identify and develop analytics.
• Proficient in delivering presentations.
• Expertise in negotiation.

• Capacity to create compelling value propositions.
• Strategic and analytical thinking skills.
• Ability to leverage data for planning and executing strategies.
