This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Missouri.
• Oversee client success and growth for a diverse portfolio of clients.
• Take ownership of the Ansira-client partnership and work closely with the Client Engagement team.
• Identify, manage, and convert growth opportunities throughout the sales cycle for owned accounts.
• Meet account revenue targets while managing forecasting, scoping/billing, and revenue recognition.
• Gain a deep understanding of clients’ businesses, industries, competitive positions, and Ansira’s influence.
• Lead agency subject-matter experts in pinpointing, pitching, and converting sales opportunities.
• Ensure that portfolio teams are aligned with client goals and actively engage in ideation and brainstorming sessions.
• Utilize Ansira's competency knowledge to assist clients in their digital transformation journeys.
• Help guarantee the appropriate team is assembled to achieve account growth objectives.
• Raise project and delivery concerns to senior leadership and subject-matter experts, and formulate resolution strategies.
• Collect information for marketing proposals, as well as for internal and external presentations.
• Oversee monthly billing processes, communicate budget discrepancies, and address any gaps.
• Manage accounts receivable for overdue accounts.
• Travel for in-person client meetings, key initiatives, business reviews, and planning sessions.
• Bachelor’s or Advanced degree in Marketing or a related discipline.
• 7+ years of experience in an agency account management capacity.
• Experience in the Automotive sector or a closely related field is preferred.
• Strong leadership qualities and comfort in communicating from a position of expertise with clients and industry leaders.
• Exceptional storytelling skills.
• Proven experience in consultative selling and/or delivering marketing solutions for enterprise brands.
• Demonstrated success in building senior client relationships.
• History of growing accounts and supporting new business initiatives.
• Excellent client-facing and presentation capabilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficient problem-solving skills, multitasking capabilities, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and OneDrive.
• Effective organizational skills, encompassing multitasking and time management.
• Fast-paced, assertive, adaptable, solution-oriented, and focused on resolutions.
• Ability to interact professionally with all management levels, team members, and internal clients.
• Remote work arrangement.
• Travel for in-person client visits.
