This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.
• Maintain the current client portfolio.
• Ensure timely processing of client renewals.
• Complete necessary RFPs and RFQs as needed.
• Establish a strong network of contacts within each client organization.
• Identify key challenges within client organizations that our data can address.
• Promote widespread understanding and utilization of our data across client organizations.
• Upsell to the existing client base.
• Develop a clear strategy for the expansion of your current client portfolio and target industries.
• Guarantee clients derive maximum value from our data.
• Ensure our data is integrated across various teams within client organizations, utilized by multiple users and budget holders.
• Handle day-to-day client inquiries.
• Assist clients with any daily questions or issues.
• Ensure seamless operation of clients’ Analyse and Engage accounts.
• Help clients extract the highest value from our data, whether by creating dashboards, guiding clients through insights, or providing training on Analyse and Engage.
• Brief the analytics team on reporting needs and confirm that completed reports align with client expectations; review reports for accuracy prior to client distribution; manage any client change requests.
• Manage client expectations effectively.
• Handle internal stakeholder management and administrative tasks.
• Oversee Account Managers (if applicable), including hiring, onboarding, skills development, strategic planning, and setting KPIs.
• Set clear client forecasts and upsell plans for both your and your Account Managers' portfolios.
• Prepare cost estimates and proposals.
• Assist the finance team in resolving any overdue payments.
• A tertiary qualification.
• Over 5 years of experience in a senior client service position.
• Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel is essential; comfort with learning and navigating new web-based software applications is required.
• Strong analytical problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work flexibly in a dynamic, performance-oriented environment.
