This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Drive overall revenue and foster growth for current Enterprise clients.
• Utilize exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to effectively identify, qualify, and secure sales opportunities.
• Oversee a pipeline of active deals to ensure sustainable long-term business.
• Establish and meet both long-term and short-term revenue goals based on account strategies.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior-level decision-makers within assigned accounts.
• Clearly articulate Broadcom's capabilities in meeting the Enterprise Software requirements of customers.
• Exhibit expertise in proposal development, negotiation, and closing techniques.
• Surpass quarterly and annual sales targets.
• A Bachelor's degree is mandatory.
• Minimum of 12 years' experience in a customer-facing B2B position.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
• Strong grasp of a value-based sales methodology.
• Extensive experience in managing a pipeline of active deals.
• Previous experience in a startup environment is preferred.
• Solid background in B2B software solutions.
• VMware certification is required.
