This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Identify and assess new opportunities for our sales organization.
• Collaborate with the Sales team to create inbound and outbound campaigns from concept development to qualified calls.
• Cultivate strong sales and product expertise while engaging with IT and business decision-makers through telephone, video, LinkedIn, and email.
• Maintain and update lead and prospect activities in Salesforce to ensure efficient lead management.
• Schedule qualified introductory meetings for the Sales team.
• Foster early-stage opportunities for potential future pipeline growth.
• Surpass monthly and quarterly opportunity targets.
• Establish strong connections with our marketing team and Account Executives, working together to maximize business success.
• Commit to personal development, honing the skills and attributes that will ensure success in your primary role and set you up for future achievements.
• 1-2+ years of robust sales or customer-facing experience.
• A self-motivated individual with a proven record of meeting and exceeding targets.
• A 'hunter' mentality - comfortable with prospecting, cold-calling, and following up on incoming leads, with a strong desire to succeed.
• Capability and eagerness to learn, adapt, and share insights across the organization.
• Receptive to feedback and able to integrate it into your daily workflow.
• Exceptional communication skills, encompassing both verbal and written communication as well as active listening.
• A remarkable character with an incredible drive for achievement, a strong work ethic, naturally curious, and dedicated to exceeding sales targets.
• Proven time management abilities and competence to work independently as well as under guidance.
• Eagerness to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Passionate about cutting-edge technology, with the ability to quickly grasp new IT software products and understand critical business solutions.
• Proficiency in additional European languages is a significant advantage (French, German, or Dutch).
