This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Collaborate with the Sales team to create and execute inbound and outbound campaigns, from concept development to qualified calls.
• Cultivate a robust understanding of sales and product offerings, engaging with IT and business decision-makers through telephone, video calls, LinkedIn, and email.
• Maintain up-to-date lead and prospect activity in Salesforce to ensure effective management of leads.
• Schedule qualified introductory meetings for the Sales team.
• Foster early-stage opportunities to build future pipeline potential.
• Surpass monthly and quarterly opportunity quotas.
• Develop solid relationships with our marketing team and Account Executives, working collaboratively to optimize business success.
• Commit to personal development by enhancing the skills and attributes necessary for success in your primary role and preparing for future advancements.
• Perform any additional tasks as requested by the manager.
• 1-2+ years of substantial sales or customer-facing experience.
• A self-motivated individual with a proven history of meeting and exceeding targets.
• Possess a 'hunter' mentality—comfortable with prospecting, cold-calling, and following up on incoming leads, along with a strong desire to succeed.
• Willingness and ability to learn, adapt, and share insights across the organization.
• Receptive to feedback and capable of applying it to daily workflows.
• Exceptional communication skills, encompassing both verbal and written communication as well as active listening.
• A remarkable character with a fierce drive for success, a strong work ethic, an inherent curiosity, and a passion for achieving sales objectives.
• Proven time management skills and the ability to work independently as well as under guidance.
