This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.
• Identify and qualify new opportunities for our sales organization.
• Collaborate with the Sales team to create inbound and outbound campaigns, from idea generation to qualified calls.
• Cultivate a strong understanding of sales and product knowledge.
• Engage with IT and business decision-makers through telephone, video, LinkedIn, and email.
• Maintain updated records of lead and prospect activities in Salesforce for effective lead management.
• Schedule qualified introductory meetings for the Sales team.
• Nurture early-stage opportunities to enhance future pipeline potential.
• Surpass monthly and quarterly opportunity quotas.
• Foster strong relationships with our marketing team and Account Executives to maximize business wins.
• Invest in personal development, focusing on skills and attributes that will ensure success in your current role and prepare you for future opportunities.
• A minimum of 1 year of solid sales or customer-facing experience.
• A self-motivated individual with a proven history of achieving and exceeding targets.
• Possess a 'hunter' mentality—comfortable with prospecting, cold-calling, and following up on incoming leads, paired with a strong desire to succeed.
• Willingness and ability to learn, adapt, and share insights across the organization.
• Open to feedback and capable of integrating it into daily workflows.
• Exceptional communication skills, encompassing both verbal and written communication, along with active listening abilities.
• An outstanding character driven by a strong work ethic, natural curiosity, and a passion for exceeding sales goals.
• Demonstrated time management skills and the ability to work independently as well as through coaching.
• Eager to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Enthusiastic about cutting-edge technology, with the ability to quickly learn new and innovative IT software products and understand critical business solutions.
