This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Mexico, +4 more states.
• Conduct research and identify potential healthcare organizations, arranging in-person presentations with senior executives.
• Understand the specific needs of healthcare institutions and create a comprehensive customer acquisition strategy that delivers value.
• Generate new print business opportunities within current healthcare accounts.
• Collaborate with Key Account Executives and Print Key Account Executives to identify opportunities within the existing customer base.
• Schedule appointments independently, usually with executives from Marketing, Procurement, or Operations.
• Create customized programs with tailored pricing using a consultative selling approach.
• Formulate account sales strategies and manage the account transition process in a team selling environment.
• Meet or surpass sales targets for a defined sales and gross profit quota and earn uncapped commissions above the target.
• Oversee a pipeline of over $7.5M annually, achieve $2.5M+ in won business, and generate $1.5M+ in incremental billed revenue.
• Travel up to 30% across the assigned geography (multiple states) for customer meetings.
• Bachelor's degree preferred in Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proficient in computer skills, including extensive internet navigation and demonstrated experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Previous knowledge of print marketing and program sales is preferred.
• General understanding of healthcare products pricing, competition, and sales objectives.
• Prior experience using Salesforce.com or a similar sales tool.
