This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut, +5 more states.
β’ Conducting research and prospecting within healthcare organizations, arranging in-person presentations with high-level executives.
β’ Recognizing the distinct needs of healthcare institutions and formulating a comprehensive customer acquisition strategy that adds value.
β’ Creating new print business opportunities within current healthcare accounts.
β’ Collaborating with Key Account Executives and Print Key Account Executives to uncover opportunities within the existing client base.
β’ Independently organizing appointments, generally with Marketing, Procurement, or Operations executives.
β’ Designing customized programs with tailored pricing using a consultative selling approach.
β’ Developing account sales strategies and overseeing the account handoff process within a team selling environment.
β’ Meeting or surpassing sales targets for a specified sales and GP quota, with the potential to earn uncapped commissions above target.
β’ Accountable for generating over $7.5M in new pipeline annually, securing over $2.5M in won business, and achieving over $1.5M in incremental billed revenue.
β’ Willingness to travel up to 30% across the assigned geographical area (multiple states) for client meetings.
β’ Bachelor's degree preferred in Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
β’ Proficient in computer skills, including extensive internet navigation and proven experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
β’ Prior knowledge of print marketing and program sales is preferred.
β’ General understanding of Healthcare Products Pricing, Competition, and Sales Objectives.
β’ Previous experience with Salesforce.com or a similar sales tool is required.
