πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Conducting research and prospecting within healthcare organizations, arranging in-person presentations with high-level executives.

β€’ Recognizing the specific needs of healthcare institutions and formulating a comprehensive customer acquisition strategy that delivers value.

β€’ Creating new print business opportunities within established healthcare accounts.

β€’ Collaborating with Key Account Executives and Print Key Account Executives to uncover opportunities within the existing customer base.

β€’ Scheduling appointments independently, primarily with Marketing, Procurement, or Operational executives.

β€’ Designing customized programs with tailored pricing through a consultative selling approach.

β€’ Developing account sales strategies and managing the account handoff process in a collaborative selling environment.

β€’ Meeting or exceeding sales targets for a specified sales and GP quota and earning uncapped commissions above target.

β€’ Responsible for generating over $7.5M in new pipeline annually, securing over $2.5M in won business, and achieving over $1.5M in incremental billed revenue.

β€’ Willingness to travel up to 30% within the assigned geographic area (multiple states) for client meetings.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ Bachelor's degree preferred in Sales, Marketing, or a related field.

β€’ Proficient in computer skills, including extensive internet navigation and demonstrated experience with Microsoft Office Suite.

β€’ Previous experience in print marketing and program sales is preferred.

β€’ General understanding of healthcare products, pricing, competition, and sales objectives.

β€’ Prior experience with Salesforce.com or a similar sales tool is desirable.
