This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Acquire a thorough understanding of Team Velocity’s procedures, account management, integrated strategies, and our unique technology platform, Apollo.

• Assist in the creation of Customer Success documentation, including meeting agendas, reporting presentations, and general communications with clients.

• Engage in and document discussions from Client meetings and conference calls.

• Maintain regular communication with Account Teams regarding the status of deliverables and current work in progress by utilizing internal processes.

• Help address Client inquiries and requirements promptly.

• Work on resolving production issues and errors; escalate concerns when necessary.

• Comprehend Clients' objectives and efficiently organize deliverables to ensure successful campaign outcomes.

• Update and manage Clients' Consumer Portal(s).

• Acquire and retain knowledge of compliance and co-op requirements for all manufacturers.

• Provide additional support to the Account Management team as required.

• Anticipate client deliverables; complete tasks in advance when possible.

• Get to know your Client! Acquire and maintain knowledge about Client Accounts and their Perfect Market.

• Stay informed about the industry! Enhance your understanding of the automotive sector, company culture, products, services, strategic communication planning, and integrated marketing strategies.

• Maintain proactive daily communications in a professional and efficient manner with both colleagues and clients.

• Continuously look for ways to enhance the Client/Agency relationship.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.

• A minimum of 0-2 years of professional experience.

• Preferably experience in an Automotive Agency, Automotive In-House Marketing, and/or Customer Service.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and task-focused.

• Must be a critical thinker.

• Excellent communication skills, with a proven ability to write, listen, and articulate in a clear, concise, and professional manner.

• Demonstrated ability to proactively take ownership of projects.

• Capability to set priorities and objectives effectively.

• Must be adaptable in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment.

• Ability to maintain focus and constructive behavior under pressure.
