This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Malaysia.
• Business development: identify, target, and secure new business opportunities while expanding the partner network within the assigned territory.
• Key account management: nurture and enhance relationships with a current portfolio of key accounts and partners.
• Channel partner management: establish and oversee the partner network throughout the ASEAN region.
• Sales strategy: create and implement a sales strategy and action plan to achieve sales objectives.
• Negotiation and closing: spearhead contractual negotiations, prepare proposals, and finalize deals, ensuring profitability and adherence to legal standards.
• Market intelligence: serve as a regional expert, tracking market trends and customer requirements to guide product and sales strategies.
• Reporting: keep precise and current records of the sales pipeline, activities, and forecasts in the CRM system.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar position, preferably within automation, robotics, or related industrial sectors.
• Proficient in English (mandatory).
• Fluency in Malay, Vietnamese, or Mandarin is a considerable advantage for daily customer interactions.
• Compensation is determined based on profile and experience.
