Account-Based Marketing Strategist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Defining the strategies for Fresh Prints to expand and retain its most critical accounts at the corporate level, rather than merely enhancing campaign effectiveness.

• Developing an account strategy that remains effective as chapters, decision-makers, relationships, and buying cycles evolve.

• Identifying the few high-impact initiatives that could significantly boost account value and aligning the business focus around these priorities.

• Transforming strategy into actionable execution through direct ownership, cross-functional collaboration, and scalable systems.

• Influencing how Marketing, Sales, Operations, and account-facing teams handle retention, expansion, and the long-term development of accounts.

• Establishing account growth as a sustainable business capability, rather than a temporary initiative that resets with each campaign cycle.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in account-based marketing, growth strategy, customer strategy, revenue strategy, or a similar strategic role.

• A proven history of achieving significant, quantifiable improvements in account growth, retention, expansion, or customer value.

• Demonstrated experience in developing new strategies, capabilities, or operating models rather than solely managing an existing function.

• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to integrate customer insights, data, and business economics effectively.

• Experience in driving impactful outcomes across teams without relying on formal authority.

• Excellent executive communication skills, including the ability to present recommendations, challenge assumptions, and gain buy-in from senior leadership.

• Comfort in navigating ambiguity, setting direction without established precedents, and being accountable for results in the absence of a defined playbook.
