📋 Description

• The Account Analytics Lead will oversee the account analytics team.

• Responsibilities will encompass delivering operational accountability across analysts and developers, typically involving budget and policy recommendations as well as medium-term planning.

• This role will collaborate with both account management leadership and JLLT Analytics Services leadership to initiate significant improvements in delivering insights and performance enhancements directly to our clients.

• The individual will ensure that the Account’s analytics team is equipped with the necessary tools, methodologies, and architectural environment for success, while maintaining adherence to best practices.

• Key responsibilities include managing day-to-day performance requirements within the account and seeking solutions for the account’s data challenges and needs.

• The position involves defining essential business questions that must be addressed to effectively implement operational improvements, while striving to develop new data-driven strategies aimed at generating business and operational insights through data analytics and information visualization across a global real estate portfolio, which includes facilities management, building operations, energy management, leasing, project management, and real estate portfolio planning.

• Provide relationship management and advisory support to the client and account leadership team by promoting best practices, resolving problem statements, uncovering value from data, and communicating these insights back to the leadership team.

• Possess commercial experience, an understanding of our business operations, and the capability to identify opportunities for cost reduction and productivity enhancement across the account and for our clients.

• Identify optimization opportunities across the account through sharing best practices and collaboration across regions.

• Lead the operational BI engagement program to facilitate the achievement of client objectives.

• Create and advocate for innovative data visualizations to derive actionable intelligence.

• Head problem-solving teams to formulate recommendations based on data analysis and interpretation to transform behaviors and techniques.

• Convert client business goals into a coherent information management and business intelligence strategy that is integrated and consistent at the account management level.

• Possess a deep understanding of contract key performance indicators, reporting requirements, and client expectations.

• Conduct financial modeling, analysis, and compilation of quantitative data.

• Effectively promote successes to ensure our clients recognize the value of your contributions.

• Establish standards, policies, and procedures for the form, structure, and attributes of business intelligence tools and systems.

• Offer subject matter expertise for all data-related processes and analyses.


⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience in BI, business, or data analysis, preferably in an enterprise environment across diverse application systems and business functions.

• Proven track record of successes in data analysis, drawing insightful conclusions and facilitating improvements.

• An Advanced Diploma, Degree, or equivalent in technology, business technology, project management, or a professional degree focused on project management/technology is essential.

• Experience in business analysis, consulting/advisory, and/or project or client management is highly desirable.

• Ability to interpret data and narrate the story behind it.

• Proficient in clear and concise communication in English.

• Capable of working with a diverse range of stakeholders including business, IT, and clients.

• Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to apply Root Cause Analysis (RCA).

• Process-oriented with a solid understanding of requirements elicitation, project management, and technical delivery/development processes.

• Familiarity with BI tools (preferably Tableau), database querying (SQL), and ETL tools (preferably Alteryx).

• Knowledge of the Corporate Real Estate sector or any multi-services industry is advantageous.

• PMP or PSM certification is a plus.

• Experience with Azure Agile DevOps is beneficial.

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies is an advantage.
