This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Slovakia.
• Implement and oversee the Accessories Sales Management program for dealers in Slovakia, aligning with brand and business goals.
• Serve as a field-based sales representative and mentor, assisting dealer partners in the promotion of Original Accessories.
• Organize and execute regular dealer visits and business meetings, complemented by prompt and organized reporting.
• Conduct training sessions for dealer personnel, covering product overviews, sales techniques, and best practices related to Original Accessories.
• Offer continuous operational and sales support to dealer staff, evaluating performance, uncovering market opportunities, and aiding marketing and promotional initiatives.
• Demonstrated experience in the automotive sector—ideally in sales, aftersales, accessories, or dealer network support roles, or within premium product sales environments.
• Strong grasp of sales principles, customer-focused strategies, and performance-oriented environments, acquired in the automotive industry or premium product sales.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities, with the capacity to influence and train dealer personnel.
• Competence in analyzing sales performance, market potential, and reports, transforming data into actionable insights.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) for reporting, analysis, and delivering professional presentations.
• Native-level proficiency in the Slovak language is essential.
• English language proficiency at B2/C1 level, facilitating effective communication in an international business context.
• Valid Category B driving license and a willingness to travel 3 - 4 days per week within Slovakia.
