This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Slovakia.
• Implement and manage the Accessories Sales Management program for dealerships in Slovakia, aligning with brand and business goals.
• Serve as a field-based sales representative and mentor, assisting dealer partners in the promotion of Original Accessories.
• Organize and carry out regular visits to dealers and business meetings, followed by prompt and well-structured reporting.
• Conduct training sessions for dealer personnel, covering product introductions, sales strategies, and best practices related to Original Accessories.
• Offer continuous operational and sales support to dealer staff, assessing performance, identifying market opportunities, and aiding in marketing and promotional initiatives.
• Demonstrated experience in the automotive sector, ideally in sales, aftersales, accessories, or dealer network support roles, or within premium product sales environments.
• In-depth understanding of sales principles, customer-focused strategies, and performance-oriented settings, acquired in the automotive industry or premium product sales.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the capacity to influence and coach/train dealer staff.
• Ability to assess sales performance, market potential, and reports, converting data into actionable insights.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) for reporting, analysis, and creating professional presentations.
• Native-level proficiency in the Slovak language is essential.
• Proficiency in English at B2/C1 level, facilitating effective communication in an international business context.
• A valid driving license (Category B) and willingness to travel 3 - 4 days a week within Slovakia.
