Accessories Sales Manager – Automotive

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Slovakia.

📋 Description

• Implement and execute the Accessories Sales Management program for dealers in Slovakia, aligning with brand and business goals.

• Function as a field-based sales representative and mentor, assisting dealer partners in the sales of Original Accessories.

• Organize and conduct regular dealer visits and business meetings, followed by prompt and organized reporting.

• Facilitate training sessions for dealer staff, covering product introductions, sales techniques, and best practices related to Original Accessories.

• Offer continuous operational and sales assistance to dealer employees, analyzing performance, identifying market potential, and supporting marketing and promotional initiatives.


⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in the automotive sector, preferably in sales, aftersales, accessories, or dealer network support roles, or in environments focused on premium product sales.

• Solid understanding of sales principles, customer-focused strategies, and performance-driven settings, acquired within the automotive industry or premium product sales.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities, with the capacity to influence and coach/train dealer personnel.

• Capability to analyze sales performance, market potential, and reports, converting data into actionable insights.

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) for reporting, analysis, and professional presentations.

• Native-level proficiency in the Slovak language is essential.

• English language proficiency at a B2/C1 level, facilitating effective communication in an international business context.

• Valid driving license (Category B) and readiness to travel 3 - 4 days per week within Slovakia.
