This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as the main accessibility consultant and partner for client success across various accounts.
• Establish and nurture robust client relationships by comprehending their business needs, priorities, and accessibility objectives.
• Offer strategic insights on digital and organizational accessibility, encompassing compliance requirements, risk factors, and opportunities for improvement.
• Guide clients on accessibility standards and best practices, including Section 508, WCAG, ADA, and other relevant accessibility regulations.
• Collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders to formulate remediation strategies and implementation plans.
• Convert technical accessibility concepts into straightforward, client-friendly recommendations for audiences with varying levels of technical expertise.
• Assess client satisfaction, pinpoint areas for service enhancement, and proactively resolve issues.
• Create reports, presentations, status updates, and recommendations for client meetings and leadership discussions.
• Keep abreast of the latest developments in accessibility standards, regulations, tools, and industry trends.
• Work collaboratively across teams to ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery and successful client outcomes.
• Active Top Secret clearance with SCI/Polygraph is mandatory.
• IAAP certifications (CPACC, WAS, or CPWA) are required.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or an equivalent blend of education and experience.
• At least 10 years of experience in accessibility, client success, consulting, program support, or a similar position.
• Proven knowledge of accessibility laws, standards, and frameworks, including Section 508, WCAG, and ADA.
• Experience in managing multiple clients, projects, or stakeholder groups concurrently.
• Strong consultative, relationship-building, and problem-solving abilities.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Capability to present recommendations and influence decision-making with professionalism and credibility.
• Excellent organizational skills with the capacity to prioritize competing demands and deadlines.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including business, technical, compliance, and leadership stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration/project tracking tools.
