This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Proactive Office Support Throughout the FILSPARI Onboarding Journey: The Access & Reimbursement Manager (ARM) acts as the primary contact responsible for patient access and reimbursement in a designated region, providing essential support to healthcare providers and their teams.
• Develop the highest level of proficiency in the FILSPARI onboarding process.
• Guide offices on what to anticipate during the FILSPARI onboarding experience.
• Inform physicians and medical practices about the complete FILSPARI onboarding procedure.
• Monitor cases closely as they navigate through the onboarding stages.
• Proactively identify and address intricate patient access challenges by collaborating with the Hub, healthcare provider offices, and liaising with the field team.
• Support physicians and office personnel in resolving access issues, ensuring they receive the necessary education to prevent future reimbursement obstacles.
• Collaborate effectively with reimbursement stakeholders to communicate challenges, identify solutions, and verify that patients are advancing through the reimbursement process.
• Actively pursue timely and consistent updates regarding case statuses.
• Record calls and notes daily within a standardized platform.
• Facilitate weekly case status update meetings with the sales team and leadership.
• Provide expertise on the regional and local access landscape.
• A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is mandatory.
• A combination of education and relevant work experience may also be considered.
• 5+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical or health industry, specifically working with Hubs, payers, healthcare providers, or similar areas.
• At least 3 years of experience in reimbursement, access, or case management.
• Experience in specialty pharmaceuticals, nephrology, rare diseases, or REMs is preferred.
