• Serve as the intermediary between clinic managers and the Epic Cadence and Ambulatory teams to ensure accurate communication regarding requested changes or provider build requests.
• Function as the bridge between the Contact Center and clinic personnel to standardize communication regarding scheduling modifications and new scheduling protocols.
• Coordinate the development of new provider schedules and the termination of providers to enhance scheduling precision, reduce scheduling errors, and improve data accuracy.
• Collaborate with Epic Cadence/Radiant/Other teams to ensure that providers or resources are assigned the appropriate visit types for their practice, ensuring that reports and dashboards reflect accurate information.
• Improve the automation of the provider changes form for clinic managers to facilitate better communication and accessibility.
• Bachelor's Degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience is preferred.
• Associate's Degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience is preferred.
• A diploma, GED, or high school diploma is required.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience working in a healthcare clinic setting is necessary.
• At least 2 years of experience with Epic Cadence, Radiant, or Ambulatory modules is required.
• An EPIC Certificate in Epic-Cadence is preferred.
