• Deliver first-line support for access management inquiries and incidents
• Ensure timely, precise, and policy-compliant access provisioning
• Uphold SLA targets as per established objectives within defined parameters
• Oversee access requests (creation, modification, deletion)
• Implement Joiner / Mover / Leaver (JML) processes
• Conduct identity verification
• Address basic incidents and service requests
• Adhere to SOPs and escalate complex issues to L2/L3 support
• Maintain precise ticket documentation in ServiceNow
• Guarantee SLA compliance
• Assist with audits and recognize opportunities for process enhancements
• Fundamental understanding of IAM principles
• Familiarity with ServiceNow (or similar platforms)
• Knowledge of SAP authorizations (preferred)
• Excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills
• Proficient in English (mandatory)
• ITIL Foundation certification (desired)
