Access Management Administrator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Manages user access and security in Okta, Epic, eCW, and other enterprise applications.

• Ensures access is granted and maintained in accordance with job functions, regulatory requirements, and Company policies.

• Collaborates with teams throughout the organization, including urgent care center teams, Operations, People, EMR, Finance, and IT, to foster a secure and efficient identity and access management (IAM) framework.

• Offers Day-1 onboarding assistance and trains users on login and MFA processes, ensuring accurate identity verification and documentation.

• Oversees IAM tickets utilizing priority-based workflows; assists with onboarding/offboarding, MFA resets, password resets, and account unlocks.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School diploma or GED.

• Over 3 years of experience in technical support or help desk roles.

• Background in the healthcare sector with familiarity in systems such as EMRs or other clinical applications.

• Understanding of cloud security best practices.

• Awareness of the NIST Cybersecurity Framework and Zero Trust Architecture.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities to evaluate access risks, identify IAM control deficiencies, and suggest practical, compliant enhancements.

• Competence in provisioning and deprovisioning user and service account access across enterprise systems in line with policies, principles of least privilege, and SLAs.

• Experience utilizing Copilot or similar tools for drafting documentation, summarizing tickets, and assisting with troubleshooting.

• Familiarity with IGA platforms such as SailPoint, Saviynt, or equivalent tools.

• Knowledge of IAM solutions like Okta and Microsoft Entra and JML workflow.

• Understanding of Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) concepts, including user lifecycle management, access certifications, segregation of duties, and access-risk remediation in regulated settings.
