Accelerator Mentor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Conduct weekly virtual meetings with students for one-on-one sessions, activities, and in-depth discussions.

• Offer daily technical assistance to students through an online community forum.

• Address inquiries regarding course material and assist students who are facing challenges in their learning journey.

• Collaborate with the forum’s administrator to organize community activities, such as online webinars, technical quizzes, and challenges.

• Disseminate extracurricular information, news articles related to course content, and valuable resources to enhance the community experience.

• Participate in regular online meetings and office hours with Udacity representatives via Zoom, the online forum, or other necessary platforms.

• Engage in discussions and respond to inquiries from Udacity representatives in closed groups.

• Foster student involvement through discussions, webinars, and technical activities.

• Guide learners to appropriate support channels and escalate issues to the Mentor Operations team as necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.

• A minimum of 4 years of professional experience related to the specified product management skill sets.

• Strong technical knowledge in areas such as product analysis and growth loops, growth strategy and experimentation, product strategy, A/B testing, funnel and cohort analysis, customer acquisition and retention, LTV and churn optimization, monetization strategies and pricing, user and buyer persona development, UX optimization and journey mapping, channel strategy, and data-driven decision-making.

• Experience in teaching technical subjects and public speaking.

• Background in organizing technical talks or webinars.

• A positive demeanor and the ability to build trust and emotional connections with students.

• An established tech network and experience engaging in technical conversations and discussions.

• Flexibility in your current role to embrace this challenge part-time as an external contractor.
