Academic Quality Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Czechia.

📋 Description

• Lead the Academic Quality function, managing processes, procedures, and team activities.

• Assist the Registrar in implementing effective quality assurance and enhancement across programs.

• Provide guidance to program teams on validation, modification, and approval procedures.

• Coordinate and support quality assurance initiatives throughout the organization.

• Oversee the learner voice system, ensuring efficient two-way communication with students.

• Organize and facilitate panels (such as academic misconduct, complaints, appeals), ensuring thorough documentation and follow-up actions.

• Assist with annual monitoring, program evaluation, and continuous improvement activities.

• Manage timetabling and scheduling for module delivery across terms.

• Serve as Secretary to academic committees and working groups, preparing and maintaining precise records.

• Support quality enhancement projects, ensuring that documentation is accurate and current.

• Foster inclusive practices and a robust culture of quality in all areas.

• A-level educated (including GCSE Maths and English).

• Proficient IT skills, able to navigate systems and data with confidence.

• Experience collaborating across multiple teams in a dynamic environment.

• Capability to prioritize workload and work autonomously.

• Strong analytical abilities and meticulous attention to detail.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the capability to influence peers.

• Ability to maintain precise records and produce clear documentation.

• High level of integrity and capacity to manage sensitive information.

• Experience in an academic administration or Registry environment in higher education (preferred).

• Familiarity with Learning Management System (LMS) platforms (preferred).

• Experience in timetabling and scheduling (preferred).

• Strong note-taking abilities (preferred).
