• Serve as the primary contact for the Human Resources team regarding inquiries related to claims status, questions, expedited processing, and more.
• Ensure timely responses to Human Resources inquiries through efficient and professional follow-up via phone or email.
• Collaborate with the Account Manager to identify client needs and provide education on leave concepts.
• Evaluate discrepancies to offer recommendations to the Operations team on training or CPP language to help reduce imperfections.
• Exhibit respect, sensitivity, confidentiality, and understanding concerning various circumstances while maintaining professionalism at all times.
• Acknowledge email inquiries immediately and deliver solutions within two business days.
• Participate in client-facing meetings alongside the Account Manager.
• Act as the subject matter expert on Operations processes.
• Facilitate audits if the client is placed into a Save for Letter Audit and provide results.
• Organize and prioritize daily tasks to meet all deadlines efficiently.
• Engage in continuous education and training related to laws, policies, and service delivery.
• Create a premium experience for clients.
• Contribute innovative ideas to support the ongoing development of the Absence Department.
• Assist Claims Operations as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• 1-3+ years of experience in Customer Service, Claims, or Email Support within ComPsych is required.
• Outstanding communication and organizational skills, with a strong emphasis on customer service.
• Quick-thinking, resourceful, energetic, positive, and professional, with proven multi-tasking and critical thinking abilities.
• Must be in good standing and not currently on a performance improvement plan.
• High attention to detail with a commitment to delivering excellent quality.
• Proficient in computer use and skilled in Microsoft Office Suite.
