ABM Content Strategist – Multiple Locations, Europe

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Transform intricate themes of change into persuasive, executive-ready messaging frameworks and Account-Based Marketing (ABM) content that resonates with diverse stakeholder groups in enterprise accounts.

• Create account-specific points of view and transformation narratives tailored for ABM initiatives.

• Construct executive-level messaging frameworks that align with strategic priorities, ensuring consistent narratives across various initiatives.

• Adapt product marketing messaging into account-relevant storylines and value narratives for modernization projects.

• Produce executive materials including briefing documents, talking points, vision deck storylines, value frameworks, and resources for C-level executives.

• Provide messaging support for executive events, briefings, and high-touch engagements, including video scripts and impactful storylines.

• Facilitate scalable ABM by modifying modular narrative "spines," applying light personalization while maintaining messaging integrity within templates and toolkits.

• Collaborate with and guide agencies: brief them on narrative objectives, review deliverables for strategic alignment, and serve as a quality assurance gatekeeper for messaging coherence and storytelling quality.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of experience in strategic communications, content strategy, or narrative development.

• Eagerness to continually enhance knowledge of the Solution Area, products, value propositions, and target audiences.

• Profound understanding of reference types (successes, sales references, stories) and their prioritization and activation across various channels.

• Strong leadership qualities and executive presence, capable of managing divergent stakeholder requests.

• Confidence in engaging with customers to identify and interpret business challenges, creating compelling reference content.

• Demonstrated ability to collaborate within a global, virtual team involving multiple stakeholders.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English (C1 level).
