ABA Recruiter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.

📋 Description

• Oversee the entire recruitment process for ABA therapists, BCBAs, and support personnel

• Identify potential candidates through job boards, social media platforms, referrals, and outreach efforts

• Evaluate resumes and conduct preliminary interviews to gauge qualifications and suitability

• Organize and schedule interviews with hiring managers

• Keep applicant tracking systems and candidate pipelines updated

• Establish and nurture relationships with universities, training programs, and professional networks

• Ensure a positive experience for candidates throughout the recruitment process

• Collaborate with leadership to comprehend staffing requirements and hiring priorities

• Monitor recruitment metrics and provide reports on hiring progress and trends

• Assist with onboarding processes as necessary

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

• Demonstrated experience in recruitment, preferably within the healthcare or ABA services sector

• Knowledge of ABA roles such as RBTs, BCBAs, and BCaBAs

• Strong skills in interviewing and candidate evaluation

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

• Capability to manage multiple roles and priorities at the same time

• Experience with applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools

• Understanding of employment laws and best practices in hiring

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
