ABA Interviewer, ABA Therapy, US Healthcare

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.

📋 Description

• Conduct structured interviews with candidates who are applying for client positions.

• Complete comprehensive interview forms accurately, making sure every field is appropriately filled to aid future hiring decisions.

• Establish authentic connections and engage naturally with candidates throughout the interview process.

• Professionally oversee the entire interview procedure, from the first contact to final handoff.

• Communicate clearly and confidently with candidates based in the U.S.

• Maintain exceptional organization, accuracy, and attention to detail in all documentation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in ABA (Applied Behaviour Analysis) is advantageous, though not mandatory.

• Prior experience in interviewing, recruitment, or roles involving direct candidate interaction is preferred.

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Fluent and natural English, with confidence in communicating with U.S.-based candidates.

• Keen attention to detail and the ability to produce accurate, consistent documentation.

• Highly organized, meticulous, and dependable.

• Professional demeanor with the capability to manage the entire interview process independently.

• Basic computer proficiency.

• Comfortable using MS Office and Outlook.

• Required fixed fibre internet connection with a minimum upload and download speed of 25 Mbps.

• Must have wired Ethernet access.

• Reliable power backup to handle load shedding or outages.

• Availability to work Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST.

• Must be available to work on South African and U.S. public holidays.
