3rd Line Technical Support Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Assist with daily activities related to Infrastructure, Network, and Security management duties.

• Manage various processes while nurturing relationships with high-profile clients and stakeholders.

• Follow best practices to guarantee the reliability and security of the Customer's technical operations.

• Participate in a 24/7 operational team adhering to a DuPont shift pattern, ensuring continuous support and coverage for clients.

⛳️ Requirements

• In-depth knowledge of IT Infrastructure, Networking, and Security principles and industry best practices.

• Proven experience with routing, switching, and WAN/LAN technologies.

• Comprehensive understanding of both physical and virtual firewall solutions.

• Strong familiarity with Fortinet SDWAN, Firewall Switch technologies, Cisco ISE, and Cisco Meraki Wi-Fi.

• Experience in operating and maintaining IT Security controls related to SIEM, DLP, Vulnerability Management, Cyber Threat Intelligence, and Endpoint Protection.
