• The 3PL Region Manager serves as a crucial 'bridge' between iHerb and its external logistics providers within a defined geographical area.
• Responsible for overseeing daily operations and coordinating with partners and internal stakeholders.
• Manage the daily performance of 3PL partners in the designated region.
• Ensure compliance with SLA/KPI standards (inbound, fulfillment, inventory accuracy, returns).
• Hold 3PL partners accountable through regular performance assessments and metrics tracking.
• Act as the primary escalation point for any operational challenges.
• Monitor inventory levels and order processing across iHerb and 3PL partners’ systems to maintain alignment.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Inventory Planning, Marketing, Engineering, Ops) to ensure execution aligns with business objectives.
• Lead labor and space planning efforts with 3PLs to accommodate promotions and peak periods.
• Conduct site audits to verify safety, process compliance, and inventory controls.
• Engage with regulatory bodies as necessary for regional operations.
• Identify and implement process enhancements across systems and operations.
• Typically requires a minimum of seven (7) years of supervisory experience in a multi-shift distribution center.
• Experience in E-Commerce and 3PL management is highly preferred.
• Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic for the MENA region).
• Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders and external partners effectively.
• Analytical mindset with the capability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Capacity to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• High attention to detail, with a strong focus on operational execution and follow-through.
• Experience in presenting to senior stakeholders.
• Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
• Proficient in Microsoft and Google Suite applications (Sheets, Docs, Slides, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field, or equivalent additional experience is required.
