3PL Fulfillment Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Uruguay.

📋 Description

• Manage the overall logistics performance throughout our fulfillment ecosystem.

• Promote operational excellence in inbound, outbound, returns, and replenishment processes.

• Ensure that 3PL partners consistently meet ambitious SLA and capacity targets.

• Spearhead fulfillment scalability projects across D2C, Amazon, Wholesale, Subscription, and B2B channels.

• Develop and enhance strategic partnerships with 3PL partners, carriers, and suppliers.

• Serve as a Bar Raiser for Amazon operations, establishing standards for replenishment, allocation, and inventory performance.

• Direct global warehouse audits and guarantee operational compliance across various regions.

• Collaborate with IT, BI, ERP, Finance, and Commercial teams to implement AI-driven operational enhancements.

• Propel automation and predictive modeling to minimize manual tasks and refine logistics decision-making.

• Lead strategic initiatives for network expansion, including the launch and integration of new warehouses.

• Establish scalable omnichannel processes that enhance efficiency, customer experience, and cost-effectiveness.


⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in 3PL, Fulfillment, Logistics, or Supply Chain operations.

• Demonstrated experience in managing inbound, outbound, returns, replenishment, and omnichannel operations at scale.

• Strong background in working with 3PLs, warehouse operations, and SLA performance management.

• Proven experience in leading operational improvements, scalability, and cost-efficiency projects.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven approach.

• Experience in cross-functional collaboration with Operations, IT, Finance, BI, and Commercial teams.

• In-depth understanding of Amazon operations, replenishment, allocation, and inventory management.

• Familiarity with ERP, BI, AI, or automation tools within logistics settings.

• Advanced skills in Excel (including pivot tables, formulas, databases, and reporting).

• Proficiency in English at an intermediate level or higher.
