3D Unreal Generalist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Accountable for creating visually engaging, gameplay-oriented 3D advertising creatives utilizing Unreal Engine.

• Play a crucial role in converting gameplay logic, mechanics, and scene configurations from Unity to Unreal and vice versa.

• Design striking 3D mobile advertising creatives that effectively communicate gameplay and enhance performance.

• Construct and animate complete scenes in Unreal Engine, including characters, environments, VFX, and lighting.

• Implement Blueprint scripting and/or coding (C++) to simulate gameplay logic, interactions, and camera behaviors.

• Transform and adapt advertising concepts, animations, and logic developed in Unity into Unreal Engine and vice versa with precision.

• Take full responsibility for the entire advertising creation process: from ideation and scene setup to rendering and final refinement.

• Utilize storytelling and visual clarity to emphasize core gameplay loops within 20–30 second formats.

• Collaborate with Creative and User Acquisition teams to test, learn, and make quick iterations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong generalist skills in Unreal Engine, encompassing modeling, texturing, lighting, animation, and rendering.

• Proficient in Blueprint scripting and familiar with coding (C++ or similar) for scene logic and behavior.

• Previous experience with Unity and a solid grasp of the workflows and capabilities of both engines.

• Demonstrated ability to recreate and adapt gameplay mechanics and sequences from Unity to Unreal.

• Adept at producing short-form video content that conveys gameplay and captivates players.

• Knowledge of mobile advertising performance metrics such as CTR, CPI, and ROAS.

• Comfortable working with optimized assets while considering performance constraints.

• Familiarity with Blender, Niagara, Megascans, or motion capture workflows.
