This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Enhance materials, models, and textures in Unity, achieving an optimal balance between performance and visual quality.
• Focus on mesh optimization, including the creation, preparation, and export processes.
• Maintain project organization by utilizing the minimal necessary number of materials and textures.
• Function within a structured pipeline, adhering to technical constraints and production protocols.
• Collaborate with the CG Lead and Pipeline Manager to refine the 3D model creation and import pipeline.
• Create and modify shaders and materials utilizing Shader Graph and/or HLSL.
• Develop procedural and parametric shaders to facilitate dynamic manipulation of visual properties and real-time optimizations.
• Extensive experience with Unity, particularly in VR and/or Mobile environments.
• Strong understanding of 3D asset optimization for real-time applications.
• Proficiency in Shader Graph and/or HLSL.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to technical details.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work efficiently within a team.
• Previous experience with virtual reality projects is a plus.
• Familiarity with production pipelines for real-time applications is advantageous.
• Experience with software such as Blender, Maya, or similar tools is beneficial.
