This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Oversee the pre-qualification screening process for infusion providers, which includes at a minimum:
• Perform checks against the OIG exclusion list and verify licenses for candidate infusion providers, ensuring compliance with all necessary state and federal licenses.
• Examine the accreditation status and the latest corrective action plans for certifications from TJC, ACHC, NICA, URAC, and CHAP.
• Evaluate existing 340B relationships, such as FQHC affiliations, and assess familiarity with third-party administrators (TPAs).
• Assess dispensing software capabilities (e.g., CareTend, WeInfuse), inventory management, and pharmacy presence.
• Conduct capability assessments for infusion providers, which includes:
• Facilitate structured discovery intake sessions with each candidate infusion provider to evaluate their readiness for implementation.
• Analyze, document, and summarize findings across five critical domains: communication and intake workflows, technology and systems infrastructure, pharmacy and distribution capabilities, financial and data reporting readiness, as well as compliance and existing 340B program experience.
• Ensure that all essential HRSA structural requirements are fulfilled prior to the go-live date, and proactively raise any identified issues to the appropriate leadership for timely resolution and approval for program activation.
• Provide support for program implementation, including:
• Assist with pre-go-live testing activities, including data flow validation and system configuration.
• Help coordinate implementation plan milestones, monitor progress, and escalate any delays.
• Act as an operational point of contact during onboarding, managing inquiries and directing issues accordingly.
• Aid in the delivery of training to infusion provider staff in conjunction with leadership.
• Offer ongoing operational support, which includes:
• Contribute to the monitoring of ongoing 340B eligibility integrity and operational reporting tasks as assigned.
• Support TPA data reconciliation and record-keeping to ensure readiness for audits.
• Assist in following up on corrective actions and documenting instances when compliance gaps are identified.
• Help maintain and revise SOP documentation as workflows evolve.
• Perform other duties as required.
• A minimum of 1–3 years of experience in 340B program operations, specialty pharmacy, infusion services, or a closely related field.
• Proficient understanding of 340B program eligibility criteria, HRSA OPAIS, and contract pharmacy frameworks.
• Knowledge of infusion therapy operations, specialty drug dispensing processes, and payer reimbursement mechanisms.
• Preferred experience with 340B TPAs and dispensing platforms (e.g., CareTend, WeInfuse, Macro Helix, Verity Solutions).
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail, with the capacity to manage multiple assessments simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable interacting with clinical and operational staff.
• Hands-on experience in conducting accreditation reviews (TJC, ACHC, NICA, URAC, or CHAP) is preferred.
• Familiarity with EHR systems commonly utilized in hospital or infusion center contexts.
• Experience in a consulting, managed services, or multi-site healthcare operations environment.
