1st Level Support Agent – Fixed Term Contract

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Greece.

📋 Description

• Deliver technical assistance for Hosting, Domain, and associated services via tickets, chat, and phone.

• Advise customers on enhancing their services and relay client feedback and concerns.

• Notify Developers of any bugs encountered.

• Manage Cross sales and Up sales initiatives.

• Convey customer insights to enhance products and services.

• Offer professional and courteous customer support.

• Familiarity with Linux and Windows operating systems.

• Understanding of hosting services and domain registration.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in both Greek and English.

• Readiness to address and resolve a diverse range of customer issues, from basic to complex.
