This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Assisting Students: Engaging with students who have various needs, including ASD, ADHD, and SEMH.
• Boosting Confidence: Offering personalized 1:1 or small group assistance designed to help each child excel.
• Promoting Positive Behaviour: Aiding the teacher in managing the classroom and fostering a peaceful, positive atmosphere.
• Fostering Independence: Supporting learners in their progress and encouraging self-belief.
• Collaborative Teamwork: Working alongside teachers, ALNCOs, and external professionals to achieve the best results for the children.
• Commitment to Safeguarding: Maintaining the highest standards of student wellbeing.
• Experience in supporting children or young individuals with additional learning needs.
• A calm, compassionate, and adaptable demeanor.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service (or willingness to undergo the process).
• Eligibility to work in the UK and currently residing here.
