This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• The Zoning Project Manager is tasked with performing due diligence, analyzing, and ensuring compliance for properties across the country.
• Responsibilities include conducting research, making requests, following up, associating documents, reviewing and analyzing municipal codes, and preparing Zoning Assessment Reports.
• This position demands a comprehensive understanding of project management, municipal codes, interactive mapping systems, report writing software, as well as strong skills in multi-tasking, research, organization, prioritization, and both clerical and administrative tasks.
• A Bachelor’s Degree is required.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in commercial real estate due diligence, ideally in multiple roles such as field assessor and reviewer.
• At least 1 year of basic accounting experience.
• Strong time management and organizational abilities to effectively handle deliverables for multiple ongoing projects.
• Capability to prioritize tasks in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Quick adaptability to learn new software applications.
• Proficiency in understanding the Nationwide Municipal Code of Ordinances.
• Knowledge of jurisdiction processes related to research, requests, and follow-ups.
• Familiarity with Microsoft applications.
• Understanding of planning and zoning principles.
• Experience with municipal codes of ordinances.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in clerical or administrative roles.
• 1 to 2 years of experience in conducting Zoning Assessments.
• 1 to 2 years of experience in Project Management.
