This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Drive the sales funnel by sourcing and qualifying customer opportunities.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Sales to pinpoint industry-specific lists of potential customers to target.
• Present, promote, and sell TELUS Consumer Goods services to prospective clients.
• Establish relationships with potential customers to quickly build trust and rapport.
• Report on pertinent sales data, including calls, emails, and other activities.
• Utilize tools such as phone, email, and virtual meetings to engage with potential customers.
• Employ LinkedIn Sales Navigator to create lists of prospective leads.
• Achieve KPIs for the Inside Sales position.
• Maintain all customer and activity information live and current in Salesforce.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English are essential, along with proficiency in another European language.
• Strong ability to manage your own schedule and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Skilled at asking insightful questions and conducting discovery to uncover a prospect's pain points, determine buying criteria, and establish timelines.
• Highly proactive in terms of communication volume (emails, phone calls, etc.).
• Capable of generating interest through cold calling and emailing to advance to the next step in the sales process.
• Ability to demonstrate knowledge of TELUS Consumer Goods software platforms and focus on specific solutions tailored to customer needs.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities in English.
• Capable of working independently while also being a collaborative team player.
• Proficient in CRM software and virtual meeting tools.
