This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +7 more states.

📋 Description

• Facilitating the onboarding, coaching, and development of sales professionals

• Creating targeted development programs to address capability gaps

• Conducting classroom training and various training initiatives

• Offering immediate feedback and assessing the effectiveness of training

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree or relevant expertise in business, healthcare, or a related discipline

• Over 5 years of experience in commercial sales

• More than 5 years of experience in healthcare diagnostics, with a comprehensive understanding of the market landscape and customer requirements

• Preferred expertise in sales skills or field training
