Licensed Healthcare Agent

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Manage both inbound and outbound calls with potential DSNP Medicare members, emphasizing sales, education, and enrollment.

• Assist individuals in navigating Dual Special Needs Plan options while clarifying Medicare and Medicaid benefits and eligibility.

• Provide support to prospects during the enrollment process with precision, transparency, and care.

• Achieve sales targets, maintain call quality, meet conversion metrics, and adhere to scheduling expectations.

• Maintain up-to-date communication with the supervisor and team members.

• Participate in team meetings and training sessions throughout the season.

⛳️ Requirements

• Valid Health or Health & Life license.

• At least 1 year of experience in Medicare.

• Proficient in working with multiple software systems.

• Excellent communication abilities with a focus on service.

• Availability to work a schedule that includes at least one weekend day during AEP.

• Home office setup that complies with remote work standards.

• Willingness to undergo a background check.

• Basic computer proficiency and technological familiarity.

• Preferred experience in telesales or contact center settings.

• Familiarity with Medicare DSNP is preferred.
