
Zone Installation Specialist – Imaging Systems

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut, +11 more states.
• Acquire knowledge of the installation process while building rapport with customers.
• Exhibit a prompt approach to identify and resolve customer concerns.
• Must be qualified to work in at least one modality.
• Stay updated on technical advancements and current industry trends.
• Complete all administrative tasks within designated timeframes, which may encompass timesheets, service work orders, expense reports, etc.
• Operate in an office/home office and/or remote setting, as well as in a healthcare environment.
• Travel may be required up to 100% using car, air, train, or bus.
• Safely handle radiation sources and/or radioactive materials; adhere to all required PPE protocols.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in a diagnostic imaging service environment or over 3 years in electromechanical industries.
• Preferred background in Image Guided Therapy equipment.
• Capability to comprehend and apply electronic, mechanical, and networking principles for the installation, diagnosis, and repair of equipment.
• Proficient in using all necessary tools and testing equipment.
• An Associate Degree in electronics or equivalent; BSEE/BSEET/BSME/BSMET is preferred.
• Must be able to meet the minimum physical, cognitive, and environmental job requirements.
