Zoho Automation Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and deploy custom end-to-end automation solutions utilizing the Zoho One suite, primarily focusing on Zoho CRM.

• Create complex Deluge scripts to link various Zoho applications and manage data processing.

• Develop and sustain intricate workflows, blueprints, and custom functions to automate lead routing, sales activities, and reporting mechanisms.

• Design and oversee API integrations between Zoho and external applications to guarantee smooth data transfer.

• Diagnose system inefficiencies and enhance current setups for optimal performance.

• Work collaboratively with internal teams to convert business needs into technical specifications.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of professional experience as a Zoho Developer or Automation Specialist.

• In-depth knowledge of the Zoho One ecosystem, specifically Zoho CRM, Zoho Desk, and Zoho Creator.

• Expertise in Deluge scripting along with a comprehensive understanding of Zoho’s API frameworks.

• Demonstrated success in creating automated workflows that address genuine business challenges.

• Strong analytical capabilities with proficiency in outlining complex logic flows.

• Outstanding communication skills and the ability to operate independently in a dynamic environment.

• Possession of Zoho Certified Creator or Specialist certifications.

• Experience with Zoho Analytics for advanced data visualization tasks.

• Fundamental knowledge of HTML, CSS, or JavaScript.

• Prior experience in a rapidly growing startup or SaaS setting.
