• Craft engaging hooks, pacing, and captions that align with platform algorithms and user habits.

• Assist in growth and demand initiatives by producing video assets for both organic and paid distribution.

• Monitor video performance and make adjustments based on engagement, retention, and conversion metrics.

• Ensure a consistent visual identity and messaging across all video content.

• Collaborate with the Marketing and Growth teams to synchronize video strategy with funnel goals.
