📋 Description

• Develop the strategy for the YouTube channel in collaboration with the creative team, encompassing topics, formats, frequency, and target audience.

• Take ownership of channel growth, viewer watch time, and retention, making adjustments based on performance metrics.

• Write, film, edit, and finalize each video, which includes screen recordings, on-camera segments, and custom motion graphics.

• Integrate Runway’s generative tools into the production workflow and instruct viewers on their usage.

• Produce tutorials focused on practical outcomes, such as product advertisements, short films, budget-friendly productions, and VFX shots.

• Instruct production techniques to individuals ranging from novices to industry professionals.

• Cultivate a community of viewers and seek out guest collaborators.

• Collaborate with Product and Marketing teams on new launches.

⛳️ Requirements

• Active YouTube channel or a significant portfolio of published long-form video content.

• Proficient editing and motion graphics capabilities using After Effects, Premiere, DaVinci Resolve, or similar software.

• Knowledge of filmmaking essentials, including shooting, lighting, and directing.

• Advanced hands-on experience with Runway's tools.

• Proficiency in other generative AI video tools.

• A unique perspective on filmmaking, advertising, or visual storytelling.

• Capability to effectively teach filmmaking and visual storytelling techniques.

• Competence to manage the entire production process independently without a crew.
